Richard began his professional career in finance in the early 1990’s and has designed, built and successfully managed multi-billion dollar investments-pools for some of the largest and most respected wealth management firms, private banks, family offices, and pension funds in the world.
His entrepreneurial success began in the mid 90's when he invested in, and subsequently managed, one of the first alternative investment research firms in London, Global Fund Analysis. He then went on to partner the CTA legend, Jack Schwager, in a financial services business Richard co-founded in 1996. The Fortune Group grew to become one of the largest and most respected alternative investment managers globally, managing over $7bn before selling to Close Brothers PLC in 2007 where he became Managing Director of Investments.
Richard's expertise in creating or assisting [as a mentor or NED] start-up companies such as HTP, Global Fund Analysis, Fortune, Proteus, AVEM, Ingredient, and Optimum, has provided the momentum and inspiration behind Genutex and its disruptive technology.
As a 1st Class Honours graduate in medical science Richard was awarded the coveted Commonwealth Post-graduate Research Scholarship in Neurophysiology where upon he co-authored a number of publications in British and American Medical journals. He subsequently obtained an MBA from The Australian Graduate School of Management, the Southern hemisphere's pre-eminent business school. Richard has recently submitted his PhD in Neurophysiology. Richard is also a Justice of the Peace.
Sridhar is an experienced multi-channel Enterprise Architect with extensive expertise in IT strategy & architecture (using various complex data integration solutions such as EMC, PEGA, Infomatica, Infosphere, Oracle, SQL Server, ESB), blockchain security and big-data cloud solutions & migrations (AWS, Azure and Digital Ocean, SAAS, IAAS, PAAS).
Sridhar also has extensive experience in the implementation of enterprise-wide metadata management tools such as "Collibra" and data quality management tool "Datactics" with notable expertise in agile delivery, waterfall methodology, and DevOps info-tech software solutions.
Sridhar has many professional certifications including: TOGAF 9 Certified; Sun Certified Enterprise Architect; Agile Scrum Master.
Sridhar's entrepreneurial skills are showcased as the founder and CEO of a successful [disruptive] tech venture in the accommodation booking industry (BidBeds.com) of which he still participates. He has also worked in the following domains: commercial banking, payments, fraud & disputes, credit risk, insurance, home office, HMRC, UKBA & UK Ministry of Defence, and Metropolitan Police.
Sridhar was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mysore University, India; Master’s degree in software systems from Birla institute of Technology, India; and an MBA from London Business School.
Christopher is an expert in corporate and commercial law, data protection law (including the GDPR and DPA 2018) and intellectual property law.
Christopher has extensive experience working with start-ups and other businesses, particularly in the technology sector providing commercial and legal consultancy services. He has considerable expertise in intellectual property protection and exploitation, software development and software licence agreements, trade mark applications, brand protection, data protection &
mapping, and general commercial contracts.
Christopher was most recently instrumental in the establishment of a tech-focused venture capital firm in London where he acted as in-house council during the initial phase of regulation, and for the preparation of a new Venture Capital Trust to be launched on the Main Market of the LSE.
Christopher is a co-founder and part-time In-House Counsel at applied AI start-up Seven Bridges and a Senior Advisor at family office Charecroft Management & Investment Limited. He is also a Director at private consultancy company, Macsco 80 Limited.

Peter is Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Deakin University, Australia.
He has been a full professor since 1998, when he was appointed foundation chair of information technology at Griffith University.
Peter has been actively involved in several tech start-ups over the last 2 decades and has helped pioneer the application of formal concept analysis to text and information retrieval. His most recent area of research covers the performance and scalability of blockchain.
Peter has published over 20 research papers and contributed chapters to many books. He has held many senior departmental, teaching and research positions over his professional career whilst supervising 57 research students, 26 Honours students, 31 Masters and 16 PhD students.
Peter holds a 1st class honours degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Wollongong in Australia, an M.Phil from the Artificial Intelligence Information Technology Research Institute (ITRI) at the University of Brighton in the UK, and PhD in Computer and Information Science (IDA) from Linköping University in Sweden where he was one of the first to use formal methods in AI knowledge representation to model user beliefs in human computer interaction.
Peter was elected Fellow of the Australian Computer Society in 2008 and in 2010 was awarded the Federal Government's Smart Infrastructure Award.
Jacek, an expert in artificial intelligence, is an ex rocket scientist and author of ten books on uncertainty and complexity management, with more than thirty five years of experience. Following his work in the aerospace industry - mainly in spacecraft dynamics and attitude control - he has developed in 2003 the Quantitative Complexity Theory (QCT). In 2005, he founded Ontonix, a company focused on measuring and monitoring complexity using artificial intelligence and has developed a range of complexity-based early-warnings for a wide range of systems.
In 2009 he developed a complexity and resilience-based rating system for businesses and financial products. He introduced the Global Financial Complexity and Resilience Indices in 2013. Since 2016 he is co-founder and Chief Technical Officer of London-based Optimum Complexity, which focuses on development and trading of QCM-based financial products.
Dr. Marczyk holds an MS in Aeronautical Engineering (Politecnico di Milano), MS in Aerospace Engineering (Politecnico di Torino) and a Ph.D in Civil Engineering (Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya). During his career he has held various executive positions and has worked for companies such as EADS, BMW AG, Centric Engineering Systems, Tecnomare, ESI, Silicon Graphics and MSC Software. He has lived and worked on four continents and is fluent in five languages.

Dr Swathi Singh (senior cyber risk consultant): Swathi is a blockchain expert with a specialisation in Identity Access Management (IAM). Part of Swathi’s recent experience has been in the application of client on-boarding protocols to ensure compliance with risk and control mechanisms such as UER scheduling, audit trails, segregation of duty conflicts and schedule revocations. She has also taken charge of core web security access levels for a number of banks ensuring an adherence to the company’s data security policy. Swathi is currently senior cyber risk consultant, & risk advisor to Deloitte's in India. She previously worked at Citi Bank & RBS as an Identity and Access Management Engineer.
Dr Singh holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Panimalar and Sri Venkateswara Engineering College respectively and a PhD in Blockchain from Anna University.
